With his extensive background in leading complex global projects and his role as Vice President of Innovation & R&D, Aziz brought unparalleled expertise to the table.
Tara, the heart and soul of Hiketron, brought a unique perspective to the venture. As the President of Hiketron, her dedication to sustainability and innovation has been instrumental in shaping our company's values. Together, Aziz and Tara form a dynamic duo, driven by a shared passion for creating products that make a difference.

Aziz Hikem is a highly accomplished and visionary business leader, who is the founder and CEO of the company. He is a husband, and a father of two, and holds degrees in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, and an MBA from Tiffin University in Ohio. With over two decades of business success and dozens of patents in the chemical industry, Aziz is a respected and accomplished professional in his field.Â
Growing up in his father's jewelry business instilled in Aziz an entrepreneurial spirit from a young age. The skills that have made him who he is today, such as his commitment to the highest standards, perseverance, precision, and tireless work ethic, were learned working with his father. These skills continue to guide him today and will do so for many years to come. Aziz's deep understanding of the chemical industry, his business acumen and his unwavering commitment to excellence, makes him a vital part of the company's success.
Tara Hikem

Tara Hikem is a highly accomplished chemical engineer and a graduate of Texas A&M University. As a wife and mother of two, she brings a unique perspective to her role as President of Hiketron. With a proven record of leadership and process improvement, Tara is well-equipped to guide the day-to-day operations of the company with success and purpose.
In addition to her technical skills and business acumen, Tara's most valuable asset is her people-first personality. Her easy-going and trustworthy nature makes her a natural leader, and she is dedicated to helping her employees achieve their full potential. Tara and her husband Aziz hold several patents that are set to revolutionize the way people do laundry. With Tara at the helm, Hiketron is poised for great success.
Brendan Muller

Brendan Muller, our CFO, is a highly accomplished and dedicated professional with a wealth of experience in accounting, international and state tax compliance, and transaction analysis. He holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and is an Enrolled Agent, and a CPA with over a decade of experience. Additionally, Brendan is a Sergeant in the US Army Reserves, which gives him a unique and valuable perspective on leadership and discipline.
Brendan's easy-going nature belies his disciplined and relentless attention to detail. His military training aligns perfectly with our commitment to building a company that operates to the highest ethical standards. We are confident that under Brendan's leadership, we will always be fully compliant with all rules and regulations. With his combination of expertise, experience and integrity, Brendan is an invaluable asset to our team.
