Aziz Hikem is a visionary entrepreneur, accomplished chemist, and business leader whose passion for innovation laid the foundation for Hiketron. As Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Aziz leads the company's strategic direction, product innovation, and long-term vision of transforming everyday household products through science, transparency, and consumer empowerment.
A husband and father of two, Aziz holds degrees in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, along with an MBA from Tiffin University in Ohio. Throughout a career spanning more than two decades, he has built a reputation for combining scientific expertise with business leadership, earning numerous patents and developing innovative technologies across multiple sectors of the chemical industry.
Aziz's entrepreneurial journey began at an early age while working alongside his father in the family jewelry business. It was there that he developed the principles that continue to define his leadership today: an unwavering commitment to quality, relentless perseverance, attention to detail, integrity, and a belief that success is earned through hard work and continuous improvement.
Throughout his career, Aziz has remained focused on challenging conventional thinking and creating products that genuinely improve people's lives. His vision for Hiketron was born from a simple belief: consumers should never have to choose between performance, safety, sustainability, and value. Under his leadership, Hiketron has developed patented technologies and premium laundry solutions designed to deliver exceptional results while empowering consumers with greater transparency and control.

Tara Hikem

Tara Hikem is an accomplished chemical engineer, graduate of Texas A&M University, and a respected leader with a passion for innovation, operational excellence, and people development. As President of Hiketron, she combines technical expertise, business leadership, and real-world perspective to help shape the future of the company.
As a wife, mother of two, and seasoned engineering professional, Tara understands the importance of creating products that deliver exceptional performance while making everyday life simpler, safer, and more enjoyable. Throughout her career, she has led complex initiatives focused on process improvement, operational efficiency, and organizational growth, bringing a disciplined yet practical approach to leadership.
What truly sets Tara apart is her unwavering commitment to people. Her approachable nature, integrity, and genuine desire to help others succeed have earned the trust of colleagues, employees, and business partners alike. She believes that great companies are built by great people and is dedicated to fostering a culture of respect, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Together with her husband, Aziz Hikem, Tara is a co-inventor on multiple patented technologies designed to transform the laundry experience through innovation, sustainability, and consumer-focused design.

Brendan Muller

Brendan Muller is a highly accomplished financial professional whose expertise, integrity, and disciplined leadership play a critical role in Hiketron's continued growth and success. As Chief Financial Officer, Brendan oversees the company's financial strategy, compliance, reporting, and long-term financial planning, helping ensure that Hiketron remains positioned for sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Brendan holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and is both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and an Enrolled Agent (EA). With more than a decade of experience in accounting, financial management, tax compliance, transaction analysis, and corporate governance, he brings a depth of knowledge that strengthens every aspect of the organization's financial operations.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Brendan proudly serves as a Sergeant in the United States Army Reserve. His military service has instilled a strong foundation of discipline, accountability, leadership, and commitment to excellence—qualities that align seamlessly with Hiketron's values and culture.
Known for his approachable personality and unwavering attention to detail, Brendan combines strategic thinking with meticulous execution. He is passionate about building strong financial systems, maintaining the highest standards of compliance, and ensuring that every decision is guided by transparency, responsibility, and sound financial stewardship.
Brendan's unique combination of financial expertise, military leadership, and personal integrity makes him an invaluable member of the Hiketron leadership team.
